Wild Arts presents Tchaikovsky’s passionate exploration of life, death, love, and pride in pre-revolutionary Russia – realising Pushkin’s heartbreaking story with fervour and lyricism. This will be an exclusive event for an audience of 100, showcasing this dramatic performance against the backdrop of atmospheric historic buildings.

Guests will start the evening at 6pm with a glass of champagne on arrival in Master´s Court, followed by the first act performed in the Great Hall. During the interval, champagne and canpés will be served upstairs in the Great Chamber, after which guests will return to the Great Hall for the second act which will conclude at 9.45pm.

Dress code: Cocktail attire.

Directed by the former Artistic Director of Shakespeare’s Globe, Dominic Dromgoole, and conducted by Orlando Jopling, the production is arranged for chamber orchestra and staged in period costume, with a new English translation.

An outstanding cast is led by Timothy Nelson, Galina Averina, Xavier Hetherington, and Emma Hodkinson, alongside a hand-picked selection of internationally-renowned performers and rising stars – accompanied by the world-class players of the Wild Arts Ensemble.
